Fresh new apartment! The space This is NEW, fully renovated 70m2 appartment with a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with king size bed(180x200), and four high quality sofa beds (90x200), bathroom with shower, air conditioner and washing machine. A bit of history: The house on Town Square is a part of a medieval complex of houses that includes the diocese and the main city Cathedral as well as the famous Robba fountain in the very heart of old Ljubljana town. The house itself has been portrayed in the seminal historical encyclopedia „The Glory of the Duchy of Carniola“ published in 1689. The building as it stands today has evolved between the years 1660 and 1689. The first owner was Jakob Schiflinger who owned the house from (phone number hidden), later by his widow from (phone number hidden) and by her heirs from 1607 until 1615. The house is a typical urban dwelling of the baroque era that developed in narrow alleys of medieval Ljubljana, pushed close to the castle hill as dictated by medieval canon law. The house has been preserved in its entirety and remains faithful to its original form despite renovations in the second half of the 18TH century. Guest access Entire apartment. There is half hour charge free blue zone parking lot. Afterwards you can call the Kavalir (eletrical veachle), who will drive you directly to us (Ciril-Metodov trg 20).
