La Isla Casa - BIRI "Home away from Home"

A newly built 2-bedroom fully furnished house located right at the heart of the local community of Biri. Only few mins walk to the port and less than 20 mins walk to the famous rock formation. Best place to relax and perfect home away from home. The space La Isla Casa is a home away from home in the pacific! Cozy, clean and comfortable newly built 2 Bedroom house (w/ aircon), spacious Attic, 2 Bathroom, Kitchen, Living room and Dining located at the town of Biri - The home of the famous Rock formations. The house itself is brand new and fully furnished with all the comforts of modern living. Ground floor : Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining area, Living room with sofa bed and a Bathroom Second floor : 2 Bedrooms, 1 Jack and Jill bathroom Attic: very spacious attic that accommodate 5-10 persons (floor mattress with fan) All bedrooms are with air conditioning, lockable cabinets - extra linens and beds are available upon request. One room has one queen-sized bed while the other has a bunk bed with pull out bed. The house is best for five people, two in one room and three in the other room, but additional guests can comfortably sleep in the sofa bed in the ground floor or at the attic that can accommodate five or more person. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and a full-sized fridge. Pots, pans and other cooking implements are available for use. The dining area seats for four and utensils are available for your use. The two bathrooms have a shower, sinks and toilet. Towels and toilet papers will be provided upon arrival. Extra towels and bathing supplies are available upon request. Pocket wifi is available upon request for a fee. Guest access Keys to the gate, the front door, rooms and cabinets will be provided upon arrival. Other things to note As an island, Biri experiences regular power cut but we have a back-up generators in the property to use until midnight only. For overnight use there would be a fee. Keys will be given to the guests and are expected to return them upon check-out. There's a drying rack outside for wet clothes. Laundry services are available upon request for a fee. Breakfast is not included but basic commodities are accessible at various stores nearby. Cooking service is available upon request for a fee. House is limited for 5 person - more than that there will be a fee of 200php/person a night.
