Our villa, is situated at Gurnard Marsh, 2 mins from the sea. It is a quiet location, has an enclosed garden, sea views and is in a great position to enjoy the amazing sunsets Gurnard is famous for. It is very close to Gurnard Luck where "crabbing" can be enjoyed. The living area is at the back and has lovely triple sliding doors onto the decking with views of the countryside. Outside dining and sofa's on the patios Onsite parking and more available on the road for free. There is cable wifi. The space The villa has a spacious entrance lobby and hallway. The master bedroom has en suite facilities with a walk-in shower. There is a large built-in wardrobe with mirror doors. There is space for a cot for an infant. The main bathroom is tastefully fully tiled the same as the en suite with a bath with shower over. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and space for a cot and built in wardrobe. The living space is open plan with a mez deck which can accommodate two extra bed spaces suitable for teenagers/ adults if required. Please enquire at time of booking. The living room is light, bright and airy with triple sliding doors, electronically operated velux roof windows and a vaulted ceiling giving it the WOW factor. Guest access Lovely local walks as is situated on the coastal path. 2 minutes to a quiet, all year round dog friendly beach. Three lovely local eateries and a well stocked convenience store all within walking distance. Gurnard sailing club and childrens play park also only five minutes away and the great promenade walk into Cowes. Easy parking all around the local area, no charges Other things to note Discounted ferry tickets available through the host. There is an EV charger at the property, a deposit is paid on arrival for the access card for the charger. The cost of charging is removed from the deposit, on returning the card the balance will be returned to the guest We try to accomadate flexible check in/ out whenever possible We accept one small well behaved pet. Our pet policy can be found under house rules additional information and guests are requested to read and adhere to it.
