With family or friends, come and enjoy the charm of an old farmhouse with a one-hectare wooded and fully enclosed park of meadows. In the countryside, quiet and in the center of the village; 20 minutes from Futuroscope. The space - A large "Hirondelle" bedroom of 30 m2 on the 1st floor with 1 140 x 190 cm bed and 2 90 x 200 cm single beds. Attention to people with allergies! This room has carpeting (the others have hardwood floors). Sink and toilet in the bedroom, shower room on the landing. - A large "Rouge-Gorge" bedroom of 30 m2 on the 2nd floor with 2 beds 140 x 200 cm and a single bed 90 x 200 cm. Shower room with sink and toilet in the bedroom. - A third bedroom, "Tourterelle", on the 2nd floor with a 160 x 200 cm bed, and a bathroom with a sink in the room. Bathroom and separate WC are on the landing of the 2nd floor, reserved for your own use. - A 4th bedroom, "Chouette", on the 2nd floor with 2 90 x 200 cm single beds. Toilet with a sink in the bedroom, bathroom and toilet on the landing. There is the possibility of adding an extra bed and/or a baby cot in each of the bedrooms. Our capacity is therefore a total of 13 beds in fixed beds and 15 people with 2 extra beds. In summer, for groups, we also have an unusual "Pigeon" room for 2 people in the dovecote. All bedrooms are located upstairs without elevator access. Linens and hand towels provided. Breakfast is available as an option at a cost of €7/person, to be paid on site and booked in advance. The kitchen is fully available to guests, with microwave, oven, dishwasher... and basic ingredients (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, paper towels, aluminum foil...). Dish towels provided. Barbecue at your disposal; remember to bring charcoal. Access to all the outdoor areas, swimming pool, outdoor games... Living room with table football, TV and fireplace (wood provided in winter). Large south-facing terrace with bioclimatic pergola. Just so you know, we live there, so you will run into us. We are as discreet as possible and leave the house as free as possible for you, including the living room and kitchen. We have another adjoining kitchen for ourselves, but only one front door, so we pass through the hallway from time to time to go out. For your information, we have a dog and a cat that roam freely on the property, so they will ask you for a few strokes. You can of course enjoy our one-hectare wooded and fully enclosed park as you wish. Pool 8m x 4m, depth 1.20m to 1.50m, freely accessible from May to October (weather dependent). Boards, noodles, floats, etc. are at your disposal. Fence that meets standards, and children are your responsibility. Swing, table tennis, badminton, petanque, balls, soccer goals, sandbox... and many activities for young and old. DVDs, board games for adults and children. In case of capricious weather, we take out "the treasures" to keep your children entertained. For weekends with family or friends, we accept early check-in late in the morning on Saturday and late check-out on Sunday afternoon. To enjoy the entire weekend, we ask for an additional €100 to be paid on site (i.e. less than €10/person) or €50 for an early check-in only or a late check-out only. This option must be confirmed with us when you book. We accept parties, birthdays or other events, but like everywhere else, we are subject to the law, so no noise outside after 10 PM.
