In the countryside, quiet and in the center of the village; 20 minutes from the Futuroscope. Enjoy the charm of an old farmhouse with a park of one hectare of wooded and fully enclosed meadows. The space - A large bedroom "Hirondelle" of 30 m2 on the 1st floor with 1 bed 140 x 190 cm and 2 bunk beds 90 x 200 cm. Beware of people with allergies! This room is carpeted (the others are parquet). Sink and toilet in the bedroom, shower room shared with us on the landing. - A large "Rouge-Gorge" bedroom of 30 m2 on the 2nd floor with 2 beds 140 x 200 cm and a single bed 90 x 200 cm. Shower room with sink and toilet in the bedroom. - A third bedroom "Dove" on the 2nd floor with a bed 160 x 200 cm, bathroom including a sink in the bedroom. Bathroom and separate WC are on the 2nd floor landing, reserved for your own use. - If you are more than 11 people, you will have a 4th bedroom "Chouette" on the 2nd floor with 2 bunk beds of 90 x 200 cm. Toilet with in-room sink. Ability to add an extra bed and/or crib in each of the rooms. Our capacity is therefore a total of 13 beds in fixed beds and 15 people with 2 extra beds. In summer, for groups, we also have an unusual room "Pigeon" for 2 people in the dovecote. All bedrooms are located upstairs without elevator access. Linens and towels provided. Breakfast is offered as an option for €7/person to be paid on site and booked in advance. The kitchen is fully available for guests, microwave, dishwasher... and basic ingredients (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, paper towels...) Towels provided. BBQ grill at your disposal, be sure to bring the charcoal. Access to all exteriors, pool, outdoor games... Living room with foosball, TV and fireplace (wood provided in winter). Big south facing terrace. Just to let you know, we live there, so you'll meet us. We make ourselves as discreet as possible and free up the house as much as possible including the living room and kitchen. We have another side kitchen for us, but only one front door, so we pass from time to time in the hallway to get out. For your information, we have a dog and a cat roaming free in the property, so they will ask you for a few cuddles. You can of course enjoy at your leisure our one hectare park with trees and fully enclosed. Swimming pool 8m x 4m depth 1m20 to 1m50 in free access from mid-May to October (depending on the weather). Boards, fries, buoys, etc...at your disposal. Swing, table tennis, badminton, pétanque, balls, soccer goals, sandpit... and many things to do for young and old. Loan of books, DVDs, board games for adults and children if desired. In case of capricious weather, we take out "the treasures" to occupy your children. For weekends for families or friends, we accept early check-in at the end of the morning on Saturday and late check-out on Sunday afternoon, excluding school holidays, extended weekends and bridges. To enjoy the entire weekend, we ask you for a surcharge of €100 to be paid on site (less than €10/person) or €50 for an early check-in alone or a late check out alone. This option is to be validated with us as soon as you book. We accept parties, birthdays or others, but as everywhere, we are subject to the law so no noise outside after 10pm. However, no worries indoors. Of course, respecting the place. Free outdoor parking. In the center of the village: - local shops 2 minutes walk: bakery, butcher, supermarket. - doctor and pharmacy. Restaurants 9km away. Feel free to extend your stay to visit the sights of Vienna within an hour's drive. Including: - Futuroscope and Aquascope 20 minutes away; - the Monkey Valley, discovering the monkeys in the wild will please the whole family; - the valley park, family amusement park, you will have a good day with the family (appreciated by children under 10/12 years old); - the water ski lift in Parc du Moncontour; - Chauvigny, Montmorillon, etc... It's a pleasure for us to share and receive, we will do our best to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Guest access Rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor without elevator access.
