Around the house there is a garden in a vast clearing surrounded by forest. At the very edge of a small gardening area in the mountains, right in the middle of the Markhot conservation area. The house has direct access to the mountains. Within walking distance - peaks with stunning views, waterfalls, dolmens. 30-40 minutes drive to the nearest beaches. The space A two-story round house. Downstairs there is a fireplace room with a dining area (sofa with chairs, low table), a large kitchen, a cozy double sofa at the far end of the room. On the second floor there is a shared bathroom: shower and toilet. Sleeping area: a double bed and two single beds that, if necessary, turn into a full double bed or a sofa. In the yard there is a fire pit for evenings by the fire and a barbecue (you provide the charcoal). The house has two areas with tables and chairs - at the entrance and by the fire. The house itself is not yet finished outside - this small inconvenience is compensated by the price and nature around. You are in a vast clearing in the middle of the forest. There is one neighbor in the clearing (each has its own territory but a single gate and an outdoor toilet, there is no fence between you). No more neighbors are visible. The neighbor is also not visible from the recreation areas. Very private. Walks in the woods and mountains right from the house. There is a jogging route nearby. The house has a music speaker, fiber optic internet. Kitchen: gas stove, kettle, fridge, lots of cabinets, necessary utensils. Washing machine. There is a large parking lot in front of the fence. The road from the highway - 3.5 km - is a country dirt road (it is better to drive a 4WD but a car will also pass). Unlike the noisy coast, there is seclusion, peace and nature here - it's worth it) The walks around are amazing (detailed description in the house). Several walks near the house (download the maps.me app with local trails - we will put the points together), including a couple of walks along low ridges with almost no elevation difference - good for jogging and just walking. Also, there are great routes for 2-4-6 hours in all directions - all the best mountain routes of Gelendzhik are within walking distance. You are in the heart of the reserve! 1. Mountains with beautiful views (stunning view of tens of kilometers already in 40 minutes of ascent from the house, but you can go further/higher). 2. The valley of the Zhane River with waterfalls and dolmens (an hour and a half walk or 15 minutes by car) 3. A local waterfall with a 9-meter swimming pool and a beautiful swing along the way - you will get there in an hour. 4. The Tkhab River with Plessetsky waterfalls - a popular hiking route along the riverbed with many waterfalls begins an hour's walk from the house. There is a detailed guide for walks in the house. Guest access You can use: A round fireplace room with an extensive kitchen, a low dining area and two sofas. The sleeping area on the second floor: a double bed and two single beds - can be transformed into two double beds without direct visibility to each other. A combined bathroom on the second floor. A lounge area in the courtyard in front of the entrance. A fire pit area behind the house. A garden with fruit trees (figs, apples, plums, grapes). Shared with a neighbor: a gate (a common entrance in the middle of two plots) and an outdoor toilet (your private bathroom is in the house). Other things to note There is a pond in the neighboring area, quite deep for small children. There is no fence yet.
