Sunset House (Option jacuzzi)

Ideally located between the lake and the mountains, this Provencal house enjoys exceptional views over Lake Geneva and the Alps. With its terrace hidden from view, you can enjoy the panoramic views while having a meal. Jacuzzi option: If you wish to use the Jacuzzi, we ask for a supplement of 100 CHF for the entire stay (included: (chemical, energy, hot and clean water). The space The place is ideal for a family or people wanting to enjoy the Mediterranean microclimate of the Riviera. This house has three bedrooms + a sofa bed in the living room. An extra bed can be added in the child's room if necessary. There are two bathrooms (shower and bath) + an additional toilet, a fully equipped kitchen. The laundry room and cellar are in the basement. You also benefit from a swing, a slide, a ping-pong table, a barbecue, table football, a 4.6 m trampoline, various games outside. Guest access Montreux, a town located on the shores of Lake Geneva, is 85 km from Geneva airport. The region is famous for the "Montreux Jazz Festival", the vineyards, various activities (sailing, boating, hiking, paragliding, climbing). Free of charge, you can obtain on request the "Montreux Riviera Card" which gives you access to free transport (train, boat, bus) or a 20% discount for mountain train tickets + Discount for entrances to the Museum or castle. Information // Access to the property by outsiders/unauthorized persons is prohibited as we do not accept parties. In case of violation, a civil complaint will be filed and a compensation request of 1'000 CHF will be requested.
