Our minimalist studio is located in a quiet alley in downtown Saigon, nearby many cafes, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. You can walk to major tourist attractions from our place: Bui Vien Walking Street (5 minutes), Ben Thanh Market (10 minutes) and Reunification Palace (10 minutes). The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, balcony and all the amenities you need for a short or long stay: Netflix, speaker, superfast wifi, & bidet toilet. The space Our studio has been designed for short to medium-term stays. There's a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and a dining set. This unit has a small balcony. Our unit is one of eight studios in a small newly constructed building. The building has a ground floor and 4 upper floors (2 studios per floor). There is an elevator. The building is in a quiet hem in the downtown area across from a Starbucks and the New World Hotel. It is within walking distance of major tourist sites. We are at the end of the closed alley so there's minimal traffic outside. You will find many cafes, restaurants, shopping and bars on the nearby streets of Nguyen Trai, Le Lai and Ly Tu Trong. Guest access Guests will have access to their unit, including bathroom, kitchen and coffee bar. The only shared amenity is the washer/dryer which is located on the ground floor. Other things to note The building is located in an alley, so cars will drop you off at the alley entrance. It is just a quick 100m walk to get there!
