Villa Margerita with pool, yard & parking

The quiet town of Kaštelir is ideal for spending your vacation in peace and relaxation. Our property will make you feel at home and you won't miss anything, you'll enjoy a large pool where you'll be happy to freshen up on hot days. There is also a barbecue with a large table in the shade to the pool, a children's playground, a summer kitchen/tavern, and parking. On the first floor of the house there are rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, terrace. Free WIFI. Close to the property is Market and Butcher Shop. The space Poolside relaxation, a glass of wine with a barbecue, reading a book on the patio overlooking the sea.... everyone will find their place of relaxation. The spacious pool has a shallow area that will also suit smaller children. A children's playground with a swing and a cottage will delight children. The backyard where the pool is fenced in is on all sides! ;) Guest access On the ground floor there is a summer kitchen / tavern with a kitchen, a large table and a bathroom. In the backyard by the pool is a barbecue and a large table with benches, all covered with natural shade. A large spacious pool is used only by guests of the house, has a shallow part that can be used by smaller children. The children's playground is next to the pool. Everything is fenced off from all sides. No one will disturb you 😉 Other things to note The yard of the house is fully fenced. The backyard has a pool and a children's playground just for the guests of the house. Multi-car parking is inside the yard.
