Villa Margerita with pool, yard & parking

The quiet village of Kaštelir is ideal for spending your vacation in peace and relaxation. In our facility you will feel at home and you will not miss anything, you will enjoy a large pool where you will be happy to refresh yourself on hot days. There is also a barbecue with a large table in the shade next to the pool, a children's playground, a summer kitchen/tavern and parking. On the first floor of the house there are rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, terrace. Free WI-FI. In the immediate vicinity of the property there is a Market and a Butcher shop. The space Relaxing by the pool, a glass of wine by the barbecue, reading a book on the terrace with a beautiful sea view.... everyone will find their place to relax. The spacious pool has a shallow part that will suit smaller children. A children's playground with a swing and a playhouse will delight the children. The yard where the pool is located is fenced on all sides! ;) Guest access On the ground floor there is a summer kitchen / tavern with a kitchen, a large table and a bathroom. In the courtyard next to the pool there is a barbecue and a large table with benches, all covered with natural shade. The large spacious pool is used only by the guests of the house, there is a shallow part that can be used by smaller children. The children's playground is next to the pool. Everything is fenced on all sides. No one will bother you 😉 Other things to note The courtyard of the house is completely fenced. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool and a children's playground only for the guests of the house. Parking for multiple cars is inside the courtyard. It is important that you follow the house rules, and we are at your disposal for any questions. :)
