This home is the front unit of a duplex. I, the host, live directly behind in the B unit, and visit the front house daily. I like to maintain a comfortable tidy property, aimed at well mannered and respectful guests. The home has 2 private bedrooms, plus another room with a bunk & single for children or other singles to stay short-term at very reasonable prices (this sleeping area does not have a locking door, but is a room sectioned off the side of living areas/kitchen). Thus you may be sharing bathroom/kitchen/living & laundry with other guests. Guest access There is ample verge parking directly opposite the address for those with vehicles, besides which street parking is legal & free (it's a suburban residence). 8 mins walk to Albany Hwy where Bus 930 frequently runs to Perth City (15min trip), or South towards Westfield Carousel. 5 mins walk to Bus stop on Berwick st serving 177 to Perth City & Circle Route. 20 minute walk to Oats Street Train Station. Numerous restaurants, cafes and pubs 20 mins walk. I can also provide reasonable bicycles (w/ helmets & locks) for a simple $50 deposit. The closest supermarket is Aldi (crn Albany Hwy & Hill View tce) 15mins walk.
