Small self contained studio room with private garden. Ideal as a base for West Dorset. Great for walking SWCP. Near the coast road, in the Bride Valley of the village of Puncknowle and walking distance to the sea. There is a double bed, shower room and tea/coffee making facilities. Patio doors face on to a secluded garden. The annexe is joined to the side of our house but has a separate entrance. In a quiet cul-de-sac of the village, ideally situated between Bridport, Dorchester & Weymouth. The space Small but well organised en-suite studio. There are no cooking facilities, just a kettle and mini fridge for 1 pint of milk. The bed is very low down to the floor, 'scandi' style so it may not be suitable for the elderly, injured or disabled. Not much room for clothing storage, but there are eight small bed side drawers and coat hangers with wall mounted coat hooks. Smart TV. Toilet, double shower & sink. Electric heated radiators. Secure off street parking. Private entrance & garden. Guest access Guest's can park two vehicles on a private off street drive and have their own entrance to the studio. Key in key safe by front patio door. Other things to note The attached house is a family home. You may hear children in the garden (not attached) & we have a Border terrier (Pretzel) that cannot access your space but you may occasionally hear her bark.
