Welcome, dear guest! My name is Arthur, initially the idea of creating a cozy and quiet place, fascinating with its atmosphere and charms of nature, was planned for myself. In the course of creating the property, I came up with the idea of sharing the emotions and impressions of this amazing place by renting it out. I hope your vacation will be great! The space We are happy to welcome you. 🌴 ❗️We recommend that you read the listing description carefully before sending a booking request❗️ 1️⃣ About the areas and amenities: Ground floor: An automatic gate opens in front of you and a large parking area for your car, beautiful views of the sea and mountains in the thick of the forest, which will accompany you throughout your stay, as an unforgettable view opens from any point of the territory. The facade of the first floor is equipped with a sliding panoramic glazing system, there is a relaxation and sunbathing area with sun loungers, a large swimming pool, and further: - A dining table with chairs - a bar counter -sofas and coffee tables - fireplace (only for autumn, winter and spring) - Kitchen utensils, all necessary utensils - Barbecue and accessories (skewers, grill, cauldron) - fridge Freezer - microwave - a drip coffee maker, a kettle - Sink and stove top, built into the bar counter - excellent lighting - Ceiling fan The first floor is equipped with a bathroom, a rain shower and a washing machine. Climbing the stairs, past the pines and palm trees, you get to the second floor, where the panoramic view is even more picturesque. In front of you is a spacious balcony with sun loungers and garden furniture. The facade of the second floor is even more luxurious, due to the lighting and armored, panoramic, sliding doors of increased protection, from the inside there is an indescribable view of the sea, and outside you will see the reflection of the panorama around you. The second floor is divided by a modern layout, kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. Living room facilities: - Two large and comfortable folding sofas - projector and screen, 3/1.8 meters in size, with excellent color rendering and projection Soundbar - Xiaomi TV 4K media player, with browser and online movie theater apps - split system - kitchen set A mini fridge Bedroom facilities: - double bed (king size) TV An iron with an ironing board - floor hanger - Scandinavian-style rack The bathroom also has a rain shower. The third floor is an open flat roof of the villa, with a view that will remain in your memory forever. ______________________________ 2️⃣ Rules, features of the villa and infrastructure: To make your luggage lighter, we have provided the house with towels and bedding sets. The villa and beds are designed to accommodate no more than 6 people, including children. Perfect for couples, family vacations, or a small group. This is the highest inhabited point in the village. Various palm trees and pines grow on the property. A paved road from the federal highway to the villa and to the embankment. The beach is wild and quiet. It takes up to 5 minutes to get to the beach. Within a radius of 10 kilometers there is the city of Tuapse, the central market, railway station, shopping center, pharmacies, shops. And on the way to the beach you will be accompanied by one of the most picturesque roads, the historical boarding house Gisel-Dere, cultural heritage buildings, alleys, etc. All photos and descriptions are accurate. ______________________________ The minimum rental period is 3 nights.
