Open again - Nice Seaview Apartment in central CBD

The modern apartment offers 2 bedrooms with this one being the smaller kingsize single bedroom available & a shared bathroom. On one of the top floors it provides great views over the harbor. The building has a pool, a tennis court, all free. My place is close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, public transport, supermarkets etc. You’ll love it because of the location, the ambience, and the neighborhood. It’s prefect for solo adventurers, business people, backpackers or students! The space This is a great place to live & to be. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms with the smaller one available for you. It if want you can bring your partner/travel buddy if you are happy to share the kingsize single bed. This will be a $15 extra charge per night paid in cash. On on of the top floors it provides great views over the harbor and the Hauraki Gulf. This is a perfect place for a single traveler/adventurer. The building also has a swimming pool and a tennis court free of charge. You will get a key and a fob that gives access to the swimming pool and the tennis courts within the complex. IMPORTANT: please communicate your arrival time. Latest check in is at 10pm but later times can be pre arranged but there is a late night check in fee of $20. I used to be a travel agent but due to covid 19 I lost my job, but I still know where to go, what to do and where the secret spots are in this beautiful country. Please take a close look at the guest interaction part! Neighborhood is great, there is a 24/7 super market downstairs, lots of bars, restaurants and pubs are right around the corner because the Britomart restaurant complex is just a 2 min stroll away. Public transport is around anywhere, Britomart transportation center which is 4 min by walk. No pets or parties allowed, no smoking inside the apartment. Guest access You will get a key and a key fob. You will also have access to the swimming pool and the tennis courts within the building complex using the same key fob. CHECK IN: IMPORTANT: As per check in rules above. Latest check in on a SUNDAY is at 8:15pm! LATE CHECK OUT: is possible, 10$ charge, please check with me first if possible :) LATE CHECK IN AFTER 11PM: NIGHT SURCHARGE: 20 NZD$ During your stay I am an ex travel agent, so I know where to go, what to do and where the secret spots are in this beautiful country. Other things to note Please take off your shoes when you get in! No pets allowed. No Kitchen use after 23:00-8am. I don't want anybody to microwave their food at 2am! No overnight visitors unless agreed prior with a surcharge. No parties allowed, no loud music after 9pm, no smoking as this is a smoke free building. Latest check in on a SAT night is 22:00, latest on a Sunday 8pm! Washing machine, washing powder and softener & dryer use is $7 nzd per load.
