The space Our house is arranged as follows: On the ground floor, you'll find a double bedroom and a large, well-equipped kitchen with an electric hob, American-style fridge freezer (with water & ice dispenser), and a dining table for six. Upstairs, the first floor features a cosy lounge with three sofas and a large sofa bed, plus a double bedroom and family bathroom with a large towel radiator. The second floor offers two more bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a second bathroom. All bedrooms include premium mattresses, blackout curtains, USB sockets, and full-length mirrors. Enjoy keyless entry with our smart lock and relax in the sunny garden with a 9-seater table—ideal for outdoor dining! Guest access You will have access to the whole property throughout your stay. Other things to note The maximum occupancy for the property is 10 people. The property can accommodate up to 5 unrelated people. For larger groups of 6 or more people, you would need to be from the same family. We do not allow parties or events. Noise restrictions are in place between 10:30pm and 8am.
