Casa Melino is composed of a main house with two independent units (the right one for 4+1 people and the left one for 4+2 people) and a dependance (2+2) Monte San Savino is only 5 km away from the villa and it is one of the most important villages of the Valdichiana valley with every kind of shops and facilities and offers countless cultural and folk shows. This village, probably founded during the Roman Era and certainly an important castle in Medieval times, is nowadays one of the most visited destinations of the Valdichiana. Its walls protect many important Medieval and Renaissance buildings. INTERIOR -Main house - Right unit (4 +1) Access into the living room equipped with sofa, piano and a fireplace, small bathroom with a washing machine (wc). On the left side of the fireplace, there is an arched opening with access to the dining room and the kitchen. On the right side of the fireplace, another arched opening with stairs leads to the sleeping area on the first floor consisting of a spacious bedroom with double bed and one suite with double bedroom and a small bedroom with french bed (bed width 1.20 m). Bathroom with shower. - Main house - Left unit (4 +2) Ground floor: entrance with access to the living-room with sofa and fireplace and to the beautiful open-space kitchen with dining table and chairs.This open space kitchen is large enough to cook and to eat together for the whole group. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a small room with washing-machine. First floor: a beautiful stone staircase leads to the sleeping area. You will find 1 bathroom with shower and 1 double bedroom. The corridor, with a wonderful stone wall, leads to a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. - Dependance (2+2) 20m from the main house there is a very pretty dependance.
