Cheerful residential home with free parking

I have 1 double-sized room, single bed to rent. I'm looking for a female or male to share my whole home basically. I have 1 bathroom only, but the nice size of a kitchen and a living room with a big garden. Bramley is a beautiful and quiet place. To central town takes 25 minutes by bus. Also close to a local amazing park with a river and shops. I am a single person living in my home as well, and I’m working full time. The space It’s a lovely 3 bed home and a garden located not far to local food shops and central Leeds. Guest access You can park on a driveway by my home as I don’t have a car myself yet. If you will arrive earlier your keys will be left and secured in the secure box with a key code. During your stay Any questions I’ll be really easy to be seen, so please ask.
