Design is beautiful but must also be practical. For this combination, we chose our sunny corner apartment (south and west-facing), located 100 m from the Albertstrand. Come and enjoy a completely renovated apartment, on the second floor, with lots of light and open views. Excellent location: close to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, galleries and the casino. The space The Bulthaup B2 kitchen with large cooking island, invites you to cook. Everything is provided. Oven combined with microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, standard coffee machine, kettle, air fryer... Relax in the seating area with designer furniture and a smart Oled TV 55" Philips ambilight (Telenet Iconic, all TV channels). The master bedroom has two box-spring beds, an Antonio Lupi sink and a second 50" smart TV. The other bedroom with two separate beds opens onto a small terrace. In addition to the bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet, there is a separate guest toilet. NEW: There is a spacious enclosed garage in the residence for car and bicycle parking. The costs for bed and bath linen (optional) are not included in the price and are still payable on site (50 euros for 2 people, 65 euros for 3 people, 80 euros for 4 people). WEL-KOM, also because...
