It features a retractable double bed and a possibility of a baby cot upon request. Wake up to the sound of birds and enjoy the sunrise behind the mountains from your bed. After sunset, relax on the peaceful terrace and treat yourself to a refreshing aperitif before firing up the barbecue. The studio is bright, traditionally furnished, with green wooden shutters and a small garden where you can easily pluck a fresh lemon from Menton. KEY FEATURES: • Private entrance leading to the terrace, before accessing the living/dining area where you can effortlessly transform the 140cm retractable bed into a bedroom. • Kitchen: Fridge/freezer, oven, drip coffee machine, complete kitchen utensils. • Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, sink, and bidet. • Bed linen and towels provided. • Private parking for residents. CONVENIENCE: Restaurants and take-out options are available in the city center, along the beautiful pedestrian street, just a 5-minute drive away. There are several paid parking options or you can enjoy a leisurely 25-minute seaside walk back to the studio. Guest access GUEST ACCESS: BY FOOT: • Bus: The bus station is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. • Train Station: Less than a 10-minute walk, with direct lines to Italy, Nice, Monaco, and more. • Nice Airport: By taxi, it takes approximately 40 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the direct shuttle bus, which takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. BY CAR: Easy access from the highway, take the Menton exit, then follow the Sospel road until you reach the bus station. Turn right onto Avenue Riviera, just after the Simon's pizzeria. Once on Avenue Riviera, continue to number 35 and take the uphill impasse. The studio is located at number 41bis, where you will have a reserved private parking space. The nearest beaches are a 15-minute walk away, along the Menton seaside.
