Enclosure Bay Studio with Breakfast

A gorgeously stylish & newly renovated studio where proximity to two beaches is key! Walk to the bottom of the drive & you're literally seconds away from the stunning Enclosure Bay. Turn right & you're an easy 3-minute stroll to an equally picturesque swimming beach, Sandy Bay. The studio is located a 7-minute drive to Oneroa Village, 10 minutes to the ferry & being a central location on the island, award-winning vineyards are a scenic drive in any direction. Location + Style + Breakfast! The space The studio has a kitchenette with the basics for a comfortable stay, including a kettle, microwave, small fridge, toaster & one induction element (stored under the bench). Complimentary tea & coffee + breakfast (granola, gourmet yoghurt, fruit & milk). Smart TV + Wifi + Bluetooth speaker for holiday tunes. Free use of our kayaks (2 x adults, 2 x children's) kept below studio..stunning coastline at the end of the drive to enjoy & explore! You'll be cosy in winter & cool in summer with your own heatpump too! *Please note, the studio doesn't have a view of the beach, the pictures just show the beaches that are very close to the property. Guest access The studio occupies the whole lower level of a family home. You will have this whole level to yourselves. You can also use the terraced lawn in front of the studio (opposite the carport), and the chairs down under the fruit trees. Other things to note The studio space occupies the lower level of a family home & while it is lovely & private, at times, you may be aware of general movement above. The studio is ideal for 2-3 people. If you do book for 4 people, please be aware of the bedding configuration & check that it is suitable for your guests. Please advise if you need the sofa bed made up.
