Resort living at it's finest in this fully air conditioned large private home with stunning views of the Coral Sea, wonderful large spaces and an absolutely stunning pool. Make the most of your holiday period. This property allows checkin as early as 8am on your day of arrival. Checkout time is 11am but in most cases it can be extended at no cost to 6pm. Please message host should you wish to confirm availability of late check out prior to booking. The space The entire house which includes: *.Three large bedrooms each with incredibly comfortable beds and high quality sheridan linen. Each bedroom has a tv, is air conditioned, and has its own beautiful ensuite. * The master bedroom (upstairs) also has a private balcony with a hammock and a large bath for you to relax in while looking out to sea. * Relax in the stunning pool whilst looking out to sea. * The house has numerous "lounging" areas; sofas in the living room, sofas on the deck, lounge chairs by the pool and a magical poolside gazebo scattered with sumptuous cushions. * A large smart TV is mounted on the wall of the living room which can be viewed from the lounge, the outside decks or the pool. * The media room downstairs is home to a 3D tv, a large variety of DVD's and a wonderfully comfortable King Sofa. * All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. * Internet included * The house is incredibly spacious and large bi-fold doors take the inside outside for a very open feel. * Retractable screens are fitted on all bi-fold doors. * The magnificent kitchen is fully equiped with utensils and appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine. It also has three dishwashers, two ovens, a gas cooktop and several fridges. *The kitchen is stocked with basic items which guests are welcome to use. Long life milk, Nespresso coffee pods, instant coffee, decaf coffee and a variety of teas. Cooking essentials are also present; olive oil, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, a variety of herbs, sauces, salt and pepper etc. We keep the pantry relatively stocked with various other food items which guests are welcome to use should they choose to. * Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and moisturiser are provided in all bathrooms. * Beach towels and sarongs are available for use. * Sunblock and after sun care is also provided. * The spacious laundry is fitted out with 2 washing machines and two clothes dryers. Dynamo liquid is provided. * The house is located within a gated private estate with a private track providing beach access for those who like early morning walks. Guest access The entire house (with the exception of one small locked room and several locked cupboards) is available for the use of guests. Other things to note This house contains a lot of stairs and glass and is therefore unfortunately not appropriate for the elderly, disabled or children under 12 years of age.
