Welcome to a sprawling 900-tsubo (30,000 sqft) private villa estate exclusively yours. This retreat offers 5 bedrooms, a 15m indoor pool, open-air bath, and sauna. Outside, enjoy a BBQ garden and a private garden with a trampoline. Breakfast with fresh local ingredients is included, and pets are welcome with prior notice. Perfect for families, groups, or company retreats (max 20 guests). Base rate covers 2–6 guests, with extra charges from the 7th guest onward. The space About Your Stay Same rate for 1 to 6 guests! All five spacious bedrooms (ranging from 7 to 18 tatami mats) are private rooms with locks. No bunk beds or shared sleeping spaces—each guest enjoys a proper bed for maximum comfort and privacy. Facilities The open-air bath uses natural groundwater drawn from 40 meters underground, rich in minerals for a skin-beautifying effect. A private electric sauna (95°C) for up to 3 people, complete with a cold bath and a relaxation area. Enjoy a cozy outdoor experience with a campfire or a massive outdoor "kotatsu" heater that can seat up to 16 people, perfect even for cold seasons. In addition to the main garden, there's a private outdoor park featuring a large 5m trampoline, badminton, soccer, baseball, frisbee, and more (equipment rental is free). Breakfast ingredients are included: freshly baked bread from a popular local bakery, eggs, bacon, lettuce, yogurt, coffee, and more for self-cooking.
