Set below the Ben Lawers and Tarmachan mountain ranges close to the spectacular Loch Tay, the self-catering cosy & compact Rowan woodland lodge (located at Killin Highland Lodges) is perfectly positioned within peaceful and tranquil surroundings consisting of waterfalls, streams and woodlands. Wildlife is in abundance whether it be red deer, red squirrels, birds and so much more. You may even catch a glimpse of the local ospreys and other birds of prey. The space This Rowan Lodge is a cosy, compact and comfortable place to stay. Set within private woods and positioned on the foothills of the Ben Lawers and Tarmachan mountain ranges, it has one double bedroom (sleeps 2) and enough space for a baby in cot if required. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob/oven, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment) and toaster/kettle. The dining area comfortably sits 2. There's a lounge area with settee, flat screen TV, Free sat box, Blueray/DVD player, and a CD player. The private deck, outside the lodge offers open southerly views to the hills around Loch Tay. All linen is provided and all beds made up for arrival. Please bring your own towels. These can be hired (£5 per pack) if required (See 'Other details to note'). We provide a free wifi service to our guests and our wifi can be picked up in most areas of our park. Mobile phone networks EE/O2/Vodafone also provide a good coverage. Guest access Guests will have full access to the Rowan Lodge and the surrounding gardens and gounds during their stay.
