Cosy Hyper Center flat 40m², 2 main rooms (1 bedroom) located in quiet street in the historical centre of Quimper. You can access directly to the old streets, Odet river, restaurants, shops. Prepared beds, household linen provided. Living room with TV. Fully equipped kitchen. WIFI Train and Bus station at 800m. Our flat can host 1 to 4 people. Car : free area 12 p.m.-2 p.m. and 5 p.m.-9 a.m., Saturday afternoon & Sunday. Free parking 24/24 at 5 min walk. Cleaning to do or to pay when leaving. The space A bright, quiet, pleasant, and comfortable 40m² one-bedroom apartment located in the historic center of Quimper, at the foot of Saint-Corentin Cathedral. 3rd floor with elevator. - Living/dining room with table and chairs, sofa, and flat-screen TV. - Fully equipped kitchen with table and two chairs, refrigerator, electric stovetop and oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and more (dishwashing and cleaning products, sponge, and tea towels provided). Basic products available for emergency use: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and more. A bakery is just across the street! - Bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels, shower gel, hairdryer, and toilet paper are provided. - An ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, and household products are available. - Free Airbox Wi-Fi. Ask us for the code upon arrival. Please do not use it for downloading or streaming. Thank you in advance. - Bedroom with a large 140x190 bed, prepared for your arrival (bed linen and duvet provided) with a storage closet and dressing table. - Please note that if you are booking for 2 people but require separate beds, a €10 supplement will be required for linens and bedding on the day of your arrival. Please let us know in your reservation email. - For 3 or 4 people, the 140x190 double bed in the bedroom and the 140x190 double sofa bed in the living room will be prepared for your arrival (bed linen and duvet provided). To avoid abuse and/or for medium- and long-term rentals: Electricity and gas costs: A 2 kWh electricity fee per day and a 20 kWh gas fee per day are included for the apartment (see consumption on the Linky and Gaspar on the upper landing). In case of excess, the additional kWh will be billed at the current EDF and GDF rates, including tax (local taxes included, excluding subscription). - Please leave the apartment as clean and tidy as upon your arrival. We thank you for disposing of your waste in the appropriate containers (see attached photo). If you do not wish to remove the sheets and linens and place them in the entrance hall, or vacuum the house, you will be required to pay an end-of-stay cleaning fee: €15 for 1 or 2 days, €30 for 3 to 7 days, €40 for up to two weeks, and €60 for up to three weeks. In all cases, please leave the apartment clean: dishes done and put away, tables, sink, washbasin, and fridge cleaned, crumbs picked up, etc. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Parties are not permitted. One or two bicycles and a stroller can be stored in the basement.
