Cosy house+garden | Fab area | Manchester by tram

With easy access to Manchester (by tram) my house is in the beautiful and vibrant Chorlton Green. It's close to Old Trafford; Salford Quays, the universities; Manchester theatres and the airport. You’ll love: the neighbourhood; the free parking; the garden; the kitchen (with large fridge freezer); the open fire (smokeless fuel supplied); the broadband wifi and the conservatory (especially in the rain!). The space There is a king-sized bed in the main bedroom and bunk beds in the back bedroom. The bunk beds are two singles and each is 6' 5" (1.95 metres) long so could easily accommodate most adults. There's also a sofa bed (double) in the back living room and a day bed (which converts to a double bed) in the conservatory. It would be possible for eight people to sleep in this house but we would prefer to keep the maximum number of guests to six as there's only one bathroom. I can provide travel cots for two infants as well as high chairs, stair gates, potty, changing mat and step stool to allow infants and young children to use the house in comfort and safety. Guest access Guests can access the main living areas of the house and garden. Other things to note I have tried to provide all the kitchen basics that you might need (from pots and pans and utensils to ketchup, spices and pasta). If there's anything that you need specifically please let me know in advance and I will endeavour to get it/them. I have also tried to provide all the basics that you might need for the bathroom (towels, loo rolls, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc). If you don't like the idea of using products from the same container as previous guests, please feel free to bring your own. If given enough notice I can try to hire bikes for you.
