The space The apartment offers a superb view and, while located in a very quiet area, is conveniently close to Santa Ponça amenities and about 15 minutes by car from Palma. It comfortably accommodates 4 people, with two double sofas in the open hall area allowing up to 8 guests for temporary stays related to work, study, or personal reasons. This is not a tourist rental. The entire apartment is approximately 100 m². It features a spacious living room with kitchen and terrace/dining area that can be opened to enjoy fresh, pine-scented air and the view. There are 2 bedrooms with closets, a balcony, and a bathroom. Kitchen: equipped with all essentials including plates, pans, glasses, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a large fridge. Living room: two large sofas (convertible to beds for 4), 48” Smart TV, Netflix, high-speed WiFi, modern air conditioning, electric fireplace, large terrace with dining table, sea and mountain views, hammock, and balcony access. Master bedroom: double bed, linens, walk-in wardrobe, modern air conditioning and heating, second balcony entrance with window and mountain view. Second bedroom: sofa bed convertible to a double bed, linens, closet, large window, fan, heater. Baby bed, cot with mattress, and baby chair available. Bathroom: bathtub (jacuzzi function inactive), sink, mirror, toilet, soap, shampoo, towels, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, boiler, and heater. Guest access Access to the community pool, (may not function on low season), pool work hours : Monday to Thursday from 8:00 till 22:00; Friday from 8:00 till 17:00 and from 20:00 till 22:00; Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 till 12:00 and from 20:00 till 22:00. Please do not make noise after 22:00 as this is a peaceful community. On request I can provide baby bed / cot with mattress. Other things to note There is always a lot of free street parking around the apartment.
