Apartment 100 sqm, fully equipped, located in a very peaceful area next to 3 different beaches and fresh air filled with the fragrance of pine trees. Ideal for couples and families who would like to relax and enjoy Mallorca in all seasons. From Airport of Palma you can get to my place just in 25 mins drive or about an hour on express bus which stops in 15 min walk distance. The apartment has a superb view and, though located in a very quiet place, is very close to all the Santa Ponça activity and just 15 minutes away by car from the cosmopolitan capital, Palma. The apartment can comfortably host 4 people, whilst two double sofas in the open hall area can allow up to 8 to stay in total. In all, the whole apartment is about 100m2. It has a very big living room with kitchen area and terrace/dining area which you can open to enjoy the view and pine tree scented, fresh air, 2 bedrooms with closets, a balcony and bathroom. Kitchen: all basic necessities, e.g. plates, pans, glasses, etc. coffee machine Nespresso, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and huge fridge. Living room: two big sofas (able to sleep 4), Smart 48” TV, Netflix, High-speed Internet WIFI, modern air-conditioning, electric fireplace without heating, huge terrace with dining table and the view to the sea and mountains, hammock, entrance to the balcony. Master bedroom: one double bed, sheets, walk-in wardrobe, modern air-conditioning, heater, second entrance to the balcony with window and mountain view. Second bedroom: sofa-bed transferable to a comfortable double bed (photo of the bed is separate, 2 single or one big blanket available), sheets, closet, big window, fan, heater. Baby bed/cot/crib with mattress and baby chair is available. Bathroom: jacuzzi (the jacuzzi function does not work), sink, mirror, toilet, soap and shampoo, towels, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, boiler, heater. Outdoor: you are welcome to use beach equipment like sun chairs, snorkeling masks, umbrellas, etc. left by previous guests. Access to the community pool, (may not function on low season), pool work hours for guests: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 till 22:00; Friday from 8:00 till 17:00 and from 20:00 till 22:00; Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 till 12:00 and from 20:00 till 22:00. Please do not make noise after 22:00 as this is a peaceful community. On request I can provide baby bed / cot with mattress. I will meet you upon arrival and be available online throughout the duration of your stay. I speak English and Russian fluently, and understand some Spanish, French, German and Portuguese. The building is located in small peninsula at Santa Ponça/Costa de la Calma area, meaning there is no traffic on the streets. Within 3-5 minutes walking distance you will reach impressive rock beaches all around the peninsula and the impressive villas of Costa de la Calma area. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful, but you can get to lively Santa Ponca’s sandy beach, bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife in just 10-15 minutes by foot. The closest supermarket is also just a 3 minute walk. If you go by car from one side apartment is on the same level with the street. From other side apartment located on the small hill, please be ready to use stairs sometimes (comparable to go up 4-5 floors). Right next to apartment (a 3 minute walk) you will find the main entertainment square for families with evening concerts, entertainment, restaurants, souvenir shops and a fair with gaming machines for kids and adults (available during the high season). You may hear the faint sounds of music from this square in the evening if you have the windows open, but this dies down after 23:00. Santa Ponsa is a tourist resort on the west coast of Mallorca, within the municipality of Calvia. Developed around a bay and the beach of Santa Ponsa in the background and a natural harbor that welcomes many pleasure boats, one of its main attractions. In addition to sports, Santa Ponsa offers visitors the opportunity to play golf. Based on a leisure environment, you can practice water sports and trekking. There is bus stop and taxi stand near the apartment. The best way is to arrive and travel over Mallorca Island is by car, which you can rent either from the airport or in Santa Ponca town. Fastest way to get From Airport of Palma by Express BUS Aerotib A11 (1 hour trip, cost about 7€): Hop off at "Carrer Santa Ponça 20 in Costa de la Calma" and walk about 5 mins to my flat. There is always a lot of free street parking around the apartment.
