Our Studio is located in the attic of a building located by the sea. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. It is also a great base because the tram stop is located under the building. We cordially invite you! The space Our studio has been finished to a high standard. It is fully equipped to meet the needs of our guests and guarantee you peace and carefree rest. The apartment has a kitchenette. The kitchen has basic kitchen utensils such as pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, a kettle, a hob and a fridge. In the living area there is a double sofa bed and a table that can be used as a place to work. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Guest access Guests can use the washing machine, which is located in the shared space and is free of charge. Other things to note You can park on the street in front of the building, but the number of spaces is limited. For monthly and longer stays, additional, free cleaning of the apartment is provided during the booking - cleaning is mandatory and is intended to keep the apartment in good condition ;)
