Daisy Hill Cottage is a character-laden, classic Kiwi Bach, not a fancy apartment. Enjoy the amazing views, BBQ, deck, large garden and native bird life. Free off street parking for at least 2-3 cars is provided. * FREE welcome hamper for stays of 3 nights or longer. The space With 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 double downstairs, this spacious house will suit a couple, group of friends or even 2 families. Enjoy the rambling old-world garden; relax on the deck with a drink, watching the sun go down over Akaroa Harbour; go swimming with dolphins or hike the crater rim trails. There are bathrooms on both levels of the house. (One with a full-sized bath tub) The dining table seats 8 and there are two heat pumps for winter warmth. TV & Netflix are provided as well as a range of games for adults & children. Kitchen appliances include a full oven, dishwasher, microwave, AirFryer & Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Outside a covered deck & large BBQ provide great entertaining space. The spa pool provides a place to relax after a hard day's hiking or shopping. Guest access You and your friends will have the whole house and large garden exclusively to yourselves. The driveway up to the house is steep and requires backing to exit. You might prefer to park lower down on the parking pad, from where it is possible to turn around more easily. Other things to note This is a two storey home so use of stairs will be required for parties of more than 2 guests. (There is one downstairs bedroom). Small children will need to be watched as there are many steps in the garden. Older children will enjoy exploring and "scavenger hunt" cards are provided in the toy box! Although most of the property is fenced, it is minimal 3 wire (farm-style) fencing and is not dog-proof. Therefore the property is not suitable for pets.
