Artists Annexe charming self-contained apartment

Unique Private space next to 500yr old historic Hampshire Farmhouse in the South Downs National Park(AONB) surrounded by a tree plantation. It has its own parking spot, entrance, patio garden and bbq, and is filled with original art, prints and books. It's a great creative retreat - a home from home to reconnect and get inspired, or a perfect a base to explore the local area. Just over an hour by train from London Waterloo, 5 mins walk from Liss station, you don't even have to drive to get here! The space The Annexe has been extensively refurbished - in recent months. It's modern, clean, spacious and private, with all the amenities you'd want...and hopefully a few more! The idea was to provide a boutique hotel level experience for guests. The main living room area has double doors opening onto the courtyard, so in warmer months this very much becomes an extra outdoor room. The kitchen is traditional in style, with solid Iroko counters and a modern butler sink. Very well equipped with sharp knives, and everything a serious cook would want. The bathroom is modern and clean, with shower, sink, and Loo, but also provided is everything you might need in case you forget anything from your wash-bag. The bedroom is cosy and intimate - with a comfortable double bed and a window looking onto the surrounding field, it's very peaceful - you'll sleep well here! It's perfect for a weekend getaway, as a space to explore the incredible surrounding countryside, or even just to come and enjoy going nowhere at all! Guest access There's private and secure off street parking provided free of charge. Driving does makes it easier to access the surrounding countryside, BUT it's not essential. Lot's is very well served by bike and train too, with Liss station just 0.3 miles away (5 min walk). So you could just bring your bike with you. Other things to note Although the annexe is set for couples and individuals - Children and additional guests are welcome too - there are spare mattresses that can be made up upon request - just ask.
