Lots of parking, close to beach, pubs, restaurants. The space Perfect for all ages (or young at heart) couples, the West Wing is a studio/bedroom with a lovely high ceiling. Great views of the fields with horses and a super comfy king size bed with Egyptian white cotton bed linen and towels. 6 seater hot tub is available on a first come first served basis bookable in advance at £35 per day/night for your exclusive use. Please note there is not a separate living room as it is a studio/bedroom. Drop down table and two comfy chairs to enjoy meals or watch the flat screen TV. Netflix is available on request also. The small kitchen is fully fitted with oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided. There is also salt, pepper, ketchup, olive oil, cling film, etc. and an honesty bar to enjoy. The bathroom has power shower, shavers socket, basin and wc. Table and chairs are on the patio at the side of the annexe in the garden to enjoy a drink or cup of tea whilst watching the sun go down. We have had many guests return back having found its such a relaxing place to stay and even some have had a few tears when they depart! As surfing is a major sport at the beach we have space to store your surfboards and also for keen cyclists to store bikes. Please note minimum of two nights stay. There are buses that run about 4 times an hour near to our house which go into East and West Wittering and Chichester.
