A dream location in the heart of historic Krakow! Modern, very spacious and comfortable, fully equipped apartment is an excellent choice for both visitors to Krakow and for people traveling for professional purposes. Especially for families traveling with children, we have prepared toys, books and board games. The space Amigos 3 is a modern apartment in the heart of Krakow's Old Town, located 50 meters from the Main Square, surrounded by shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs. The apartment is just a short walk from the Wawel Royal Castle, the Czartoryski Museum, the Florian Gate and the Kazimierz district. The nearest tram stop is no more than 6 minutes away, and the extensive public transport network allows you to quickly reach the farthest corners of Krakow. Places such as Podgórze, Tauron Arena, and the ICE congress centre can be reached in 20 minutes. The Main Railway Station, near Galeria Krakowska (a very large shopping center) - can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. There is a 24-hour grocery store in the immediate vicinity, and for lovers of healthy food and local fresh produce, we recommend a visit to Stary Kleparz, Krakow's oldest market, just a few steps away. Guest access The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, which can accommodate 2 more people if necessary, the next room has 2 single beds and an additional double sofa bed. In the same room, behind the wall, there is a kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. We also provide basic food products: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper. The bathroom has a shower. A cot and a high chair are available free of charge upon prior request. The apartment also has a TV with Netflix access. Amigos 3 apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. Other things to note 1. The Terms and Conditions define the conditions under which the Apartments can be booked and rented, as well as the conditions of stay. The presented Regulations constitute an integral part of the lease (reservation) agreement. Before making a reservation, the Guest is obliged to read the Regulations. Any person who makes a reservation simultaneously accepts the terms of these Terms and Conditions. 2. Definitions a) Sleeping in Krakow – an online service administered by Biegun & Bielak Apartments, a limited liability company, ul. Urzędnicza 62/10, 30-040 Krakow; b) Apartment - a residential unit, offered by Sleeping in Krakow, described in detail on the sleepinginkrakow .pl website or other intermediary portals, which is the subject of the reservation; c) Guest – a natural person (over 18 years of age) or a legal person who is a party to a short-term apartment lease agreement or who wishes to use the services of Sleeping in Krakow by making a reservation of the selected Apartment; d) Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions of short-term rental. 3. In the event of a gross violation of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, Sleeping in Krakow may refuse to continue providing services to the Guest who violates them and withdraw from the agreement with the Guest with immediate effect. In such a situation like this, the Guest is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the Sleeping in Krakow staff, settle the payment for the services provided to date and to pay for any damage and destruction caused, as well as to leave the Apartment. 4. Sleeping in Krakow may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the Terms and Conditions, causing damage to the property of the apartment or Guests or damage to the person of Guests, Sleeping in Krakow employees or other persons staying in the Apartment, or otherwise disturbed the peace in the Apartment or in the building. 5. Sleeping in Krakow may refuse to accept a Guest who is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. 6. Sleeping in Krakow provides services in accordance with its standard. In the event of any objections regarding the quality of the service, the Guest is asked to immediately report them to the reception, which will enable a response. 7. Failure by the Guest to report any possible deficiencies or defects in the Apartment in writing on the day of check-in shall be deemed to be tantamount to the fact that the Apartment and the equipment contained therein have been put into use in a condition that does not raise any comments and objections of the Guest. 8. Sleeping in Krakow apartments are rented on a daily basis. 9. The day in the Apartment starts at 3:00 p.m. on the day of check-in and lasts until 11:00 a.m. on the day of check-out. 10. Any request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of check-in should be reported to the Reception by 9:00 a.m. on the day on which the Apartment rental period expires, which, however, does not bind Sleeping in Krakow. Each Guest's request to extend their stay will be considered individually and will be taken into account by Sleeping in Krakow as far as possible. 11. Staying in the Apartment or leaving things after 11:00 a.m. is treated as an extension of the stay. In the event that the Guest leaves the room after 11:00 a.m., a fee will be charged for the next day of renting the Apartment at full prices. 12. The Guest renting the Apartment is obliged to present to the Reception employee at check-in a document with a photo confirming the identity of the Guest. In the event of a refusal to present the document in a manner that allows check-in, the receptionist is obliged to refuse to issue the key or room access codes. 13. In the check-in card, the Guest personally enters his/her name, the number of the document confirming his/her identity and signs it. 14. The Guest renting the apartment may not transfer the apartment to other persons, even if the day for which he paid the fee has elapsed. 15. Unregistered persons may stay in the Apartment from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 16. The presence of persons not registered in the Guest's Apartment after 10:00 p.m. is tantamount to the consent of the Guest's apartment tenant to the paid accommodation of these persons in the Apartment. Each person will be accommodated according to the current price of the extra bed for an adult, from the price list available at the Sleeping in Krakow Reception. 17. Throughout the stay in the Apartment, children under 13 years of age must be under the constant care and supervision of adults. The children's legal guardians are responsible for the children's actions, including any damage or harm caused. 18. Smoking and the use of tobacco products, including tobacco heaters and electronic cigarettes, are strictly prohibited in the Apartment, including in the rooms, on the balconies or terraces. 19. Breaking the ban indicated in paragraph 18 in the apartment is tantamount to the consent of the Guest renting the apartment to cover the costs of dearomatization of the apartment in the amount of PLN 1,000. 20. In the Apartment and on the premises of Sleeping in Krakow, quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next day. 21. During the quiet hours, Guests and persons using the services of Sleeping in Krakow undertake not to disturb the peace of other people. 22. The Guest bears full material and legal responsibility for any kind of dirt, damage or destruction of the equipment and devices of the Apartment and the common parts of the building (e.g. staircases, corridors, elevators) caused by the fault of the Guest or his/her visitors. 23. The organization of events and parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties is prohibited. 24. Each time the Guest leaves the Apartment, they should check the door lock and make sure it is locked. 25. A fee of 150 PLN is charged for losing the key or entry card. The liability of Sleeping in Krakow for the loss or damage of items brought by the Guest to the apartment is governed by the provisions of Article 846-849 of the Civil Code. The liability of Sleeping in Krakow is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception. Sleeping in Krakow has the right to refuse to accept money, valuables and precious items for safekeeping, in particular, valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they threaten the safety or have too much value in relation to the size or standard of the Apartment or take up a lot of space. 26. Pets are not allowed in the Apartment. Failure to comply with this prohibition by the Guest results in a fine of PLN 150 for each booked day and for additional cleaning of PLN 200. 27. Sleeping in Krakow reserves the right to collect a deposit before handing over the Apartment, from the amount of PLN 1,000 to PLN 3,000. 28. Guests have the right to lodge a complaint if they notice any deficiencies in the quality of the services provided or in any other respect. 29. A complaint may be submitted by the Guest: a. in writing to the following address: Biegun & Bielak Apartments spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Urzędnicza 62/10, 30-040 Krakow; b. in electronic form, via e-mail to the following address: office @ sleepinginkrakow . com. 30. It is recommended that the Guest provide in the description of the complaint: a. information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the failure or other defect; b. contact details of the person submitting the complaint. 31. Sleeping in Krakow will respond to the complaint received from the Guest and inform him/her about the manner of considering the complaint, in particular in writing or via e-mail, if the Guest has provided an e-mail address for this purpose. Sleeping in Krakow will respond to the complaint within 30 days of its receipt.
