Additional rooms are also available. The space Prakash Greens is a huge villa which is part of the sprawling estate of Prakash Farms. It is located close to Golden Green Golf course near Sector 70 A, in the city of Gurgaon (Gurugram). In the lush green surroundings you wake up to the sound of the wind, smell of fresh flowers and peacocks dancing in the lawns. This beautiful modern house covers :- - - fully air-conditioned modern building with 16 spacious bedrooms all with attached bathrooms (allowing stay for up to 40 persons), with best quality linen and a closet with safe, - all the rooms have attached bathrooms with hot water geysers and finest quality towels, - the house also boasts of a large living room and lounge area with flat screen smart TV, - a modern kitchenette with bar counter and a dinning area along with a fully functional kitchen. - a large 12000 sqft GAME ROOM with pool table, table tennis, carrom, kids play area etc., - a 3000 sqft beautiful terrace where one can party under the starry skies, - latest SONY music system with party lights, and bluetooth connectivity, - separate access to a private lush green 1 acre lawn, - outdoor table and chairs are provided (two round tables and 20 chairs). More/ custom seating can be provided at additional charges, - large AC hall with 250 persons seating capacity, opening into the lawn is also available. Additional charges of ₹25,000/- per day apply. - this listing allows for 40 stay-in guests who are free to use the rooms and lawn spaces mentioned above. - 1 acre lawn area can be used for gathering/parties for up to 100 guests (including the stay-in guests) for an additional charge of ₹25,000/- per day. - Game room cannot be used for parties. - while we are fully equipped to take care of electricity outages (invertor etc), should you require a generator, we do charge extra for the diesel (@ ₹7,000/- per day) - Electricity load for parties & decorations will be borne by the guests (decorators bring their own diesel generators). However, based on the actual electrical loads for the party and our in-house requirement on property generators can be used by paying actual diesel consumption charges. - the common areas are secured via CCTV cameras. Prakash farms is an ideal location for destination weddings and events with overnight stay facilities. We offer multiple venue spaces, for indoor and outdoor events and functions. You can celebrate get-togethers, terrace parties, private parties or organize a large-scale celebration of corporate events, social and community events and lots more, apart from having weddings at the venue. Additional villa consisting of 5 AC bedroom with attached bathrooms can also be made available separately (I.e. not included in this listing but available on the property). Separate charges may apply for these additional areas. Prakash farms is a home to various animals like cows, goats and hens. It is an environment friendly farm where we grow organic vegetables and crops. Our guest can enjoy farm fresh seasonal vegetables like cauliflower, Sarson ka saag, raddish, green peas etc. and crops like wheat, and mustard. The farm also has a fruit orchid consisting of mango, cheeku, guava, amla, lemon and orange trees. It is a perfect place to meditate and be close to the nature. We are located close to Golden Greens Golf Course. If you love to play golf, then this is the place to stay! If you want to try your hand at horse riding during your stay with us, just let us know. We have a horse riding school right across the street and you get a beautiful view of horses playing and running every morning from the lounge window. To ensure the safety of our guests from COVID:- 1. We fumigate the whole space with good quality(one's used in OT's) sanitiser after each check-out. 2. We provide fresh and sanitised linen and towels before each check-in. 3. All the laundry is done in house to maintain high quality standards. 4.
