The house is in front of the sea at Polychrono (Chalkidiki). It is located at the end of the village in a quiet neighborhood suitable for families. The center of the village is at a distance of 5 minutes by foot. It cosists of two floors of 40 sq. m. each. It has 3 air conditions (one in each bedroom and one in the living room) . It can host up to six people (four in the bedrooms and two other at the two sofa-beds in the living room (the one person in the sofa bed has to be a child).
