Vacation apartment on the first floor on a farm on the edge of the Ore Mountains

A piece of country life just 12 km from Chemnitz city center on the edge of the Ore Mountains (without tourist tax). We have sheep and a cat. There are crooked floors and other charm of old farmhouses. Children up to the age of 6 travel free. Breakfast can be booked at the nearby hotel. The space The apartment is located on the outskirts of Chemnitz and on the outskirts of the Ore Mountains on a farm. The area has a village character; sheep and a cat live on the farm. The apartment is equipped for children. Smoking is only allowed outside. No pets allowed. There is no tourist tax. Room layout on 50 sqm: bedroom (max. 2 adults and 2 children), living room (extra bed for max. 2 adults), kitchen, bathroom, toilet. The toilet is located opposite the apartment entrance door and is exclusively for guests' use. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance. The toilet is exclusively for the guests. The piece of hallway that must be crossed to reach the toilet is avoided by us and can be partially seen by guests on the upper floor. We live on the other side of the house. The courtyard and barbecue area are for everyone, but you can still find a quiet place for yourself. We are all non-smokers and ask our guests to smoke only outside if necessary. Other things to note - Wi-Fi connection is available, the performance is rated differently. Anyone who needs stable fast Internet (e.g. business travelers), should refrain from booking our apartment. The system must be disconnected from the network during thunderstorms. - Children up to 6 years travel free; do not need to be specified as a person when booking, but only in a separate message - Except for the kitchen, all rooms have insect screens - Even in summer, the temperature in the apartment does not rise above 23°C - In the yard there are swallows, sheep, a cat and tractors - Children's toys available - Bread service is possible - Breakfast buffet possible in the nearby hotel (350 m) - The church opposite rings on weekdays at 7:00 am, 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm - Water consumption is included up to 120 l/day per person. Anything beyond that will be charged separately - The use of candles is not permitted
