The Hurunui area is great for skiing, cycling, trekking, visiting remote lakes, jet-boating, wineries, local sculptures,it’s a photographer's dream. The space is perfect for one or two guests; peaceful, light and warm, self-contained and clean. The kitchen space is suitable for basic food, ample choices for cafes and restaurants nearby. Other things to note Homemade muesli and poached fruit supplied We recommend some great wineries open in the day time: Black Estate or Pegasus Winery or Greystone for lunches. The Location is 40 minutes depending on conditions to either Lyford ski field or Amuri Ski field, when either are open with fresh snow! We are a working farm and the accommodation is a renovated part of a woolshed.
