* A 100 square-meter Japanese house with three floors available to be rented - no sharing necessary! * 4 bedrooms with 5 double beds, 1 sofa (not a sofa bed but one person can sleep on it), 1 double futon and 1 single futon for a maximum of 14 guests. * 7minute walk to Nippombashi station on the Sakaisuji Line (K17), Sennichimae Line (S17) and Kintetsu Namba Line. * The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with basic amenities. The space - Nearest Station: 10 minute walk to Nippombashi station on the Sakaisuji Line (K17), Sennichimae Line (S17) and Kintetsu Namba Line. - Floor: 3 floors (stairs between the floors) - Rooms: 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen with basic facilities for cooking, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom (please see the layout photo for exact sizes) - Max. Number of Guests: 14 - 5 double beds, 1 sofa (not a sofa bed but one person can sleep on it), 1 double futon floor mattress and 1 single futon floor mattress. ****Please note: We set 2 guests to share one double bed / double futon bed as our default set up. Please inform us in advance if you wish to have a specific bed set up. We must respond seriously to any noise or disturbance complaints from neighbouring residents due to parties being held and penalties may be imposed upon guests found to be in violation. We kindly ask that guests agree to this and refrain from using the property as a party space and to respect the neighborhood before making the reservation. 4.
