The adjoining kitchen has direct access to the garden. A first bedroom located in the attic at the back of the property is accessible by a miller ladder (not recommended for young children). It consists of a 160 x 200 bed with a bed base placed on the floor. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet are located on the ground floor of this room. The second bedroom of 20 m2 is located in the other part of the house on the facade side, upstairs, above the living/dining room. It also consists of a 160 x 200 bed.
