Two spacious double rooms just outside Leicester

Set in the rural village of Kirkby Mallory, just 25 minutes from the centre of Leicester, our space provides beautiful views over Leicestershire's countryside. The space Our newly repainted space above our triple garage consists of two spacious double rooms, a decent sized bathroom and small landing area. Each bedroom has a smart TV, a table and two chairs. The bathroom has a large shower, sink and toilet and on the landing you'll find a small area hosting a microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. There is also cutlery, plates, cups, bowls, sugar, tea, coffee, other hot drinks and some cereals. A travel cot, hairdryers and wifi are also provided. Guest access Access to the property is through an electric gate shared by us in the main house. The garage is adjacent to the house and there is ample off-road parking. Guests enter the property via their own side door, walking along a short corridor and up a flight of stairs. Other things to note If you need anything that you don’t see here just ask us and we will always try to oblige.
