ACCOMMODATION FOR ALL TRAVELERS: Our accommodation is perfect for couples, families and solo travelers. A couple will find intimacy and comfort, two couples will appreciate the privacy of the separate bedrooms (located at opposite points of the house and both with private bathrooms), a family with children will enjoy the security offered by the fenced garden. In case of couple stays, the second bedroom will remain locked but can be used by guests, upon request prior to check-in, for a small - one time - fee for the cleaning of the room and the supply of sheets. During the stay, it is not allowed to host additional people beyond those listed in the booking, unless previously communicated to the host. A small fee applies for each extra guest beyond the booking. On the terrace you will find two deck chairs and a wooden table with chairs for dining with a wonderful panoramic view. The accommodation is also equipped with: - Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning; - two TVs, including a 43-inch Smart TV in which you can connect your Netflix account; - a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven; - an iron/ironing board; - a sofa bed and an ottoman that can be converted into a crib; - a kitchen complete with an oven, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans; - a crib (available free of charge, on request). Private parking inside the villa. Guest access The villa is rented out in its entirety. Guests will not share the residence with other guests during their stay and will have the garden and outdoor spaces at their disposal. Access to the villa requires a short uphill walk (50 meters) by car or on foot. Guests have two parking spaces inside the accommodation. If your car is particularly low, you may need to park it on the street. Other things to note In just 5 minutes you can reach the beaches of Gliaca and Brolo or head to the village of Sant'Angelo di Brolo and taste the local products. In less than 15 minutes it is possible to reach the port of Capo d'Orlando, well connected with the Aeolian Islands.
