Timboon Family Retreat: Peaceful Oasis in Town

Timboon family retreat is a large spacious 3 bedroom brick home, a place for all the family to relax, and enjoy the large garden space. Timboon is reown for it great local produce ( 12 apostles food artisans gourmet trail) including Timboon icecreamery, Berry world, Timboon cheesery and Timboon railway distillery. And only 15 minutes to Portcampbell & the great ocean road., making Timboon family retreat the ideal place to spend time while exploring this beautiful area, with rail trails The space FREE WI-FI Timboon family retreat is located a 2 minute walk to Timboon berry world, and Timboon golf course, where you can often see koala and kangaroos. Across the road are tennis courts, netball courts, football ground and playground which you can use when there is no competition football or netball on. Timboon family retreat is a spacious 4 bedroom, brick home It has comfortable queen beds, with electric blankets, in three of the bedrooms and a television in two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a door on it but, has a curtain on it for privacy. There are two single beds with electric blankets in the other bedroom. A porta cot and high chair are available is needed. The house has two living areas, The formal living room has heating and cooling system and informal living room has a heating and cooling system as well as a wood heater. There is a family bathroom with shower and bath and seperate toilet. There is an ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom, with towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. The laundry has a washing machine with washing powder. The kitchen is equipped for you to make your own meals, oven gas hotplates, fridge, air fryer, microwave, saucepan. toasted sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, and all crockery, tea coffee and sugar provided. Please wash all dishes, or place in the dishwasher and start it before you leave. Extra large backyard with beautiful gardens, Timboon family retreat is cleaned to a high standard, Extra precautions are taken to disinfect, all surfaces, and toys so as to make your stay comfortable. Guest access There is a locked box which I will send you the code for the key, about 3 days before your stay. Located in a quiet, safe street. (there is some noise when local football is on your can hear the sirens and crowd) Plenty of car parking in the long driveway of the house Access to the entire house but not garages/ sheds Other things to note Please put in the correct number of guests/ adults and children that will be staying at the house No Pets./dogs Strictly No parties No smoking in the house. please no parking or driving cars on the grass areas Please leave our house the way you found it. We are available if needed and happy to help, especially if you need help with the wood heater.
