The space We would be pleased to welcome you in our 5* apartments in the highly popular Predela LUX complex. The apartments are stylishly arranged to offer homey retreat after a good day skiing. They are fitted with very comfortable twin, queen or king size beds in the bedrooms and sofa-beds in the living rooms. All apartments boast balconies, most with spectacular views of the mountains. They have spacious open plan living rooms with fully fitted kitchens including dishwasher in most apartments, flat screen TVs with over 100 Cable TV channels. There is a free Wi-Fi internet. Some apartments have 2-bathrooms, one en-suite. A few apartments have wood-burning fireplaces. Predela 2 & LUX is one of the top holiday complexes in Bansko located in Pirin National Park, in quiet area only a few minutes’ walk from the main ski road and 5 to 7 minutes’ walk to the Gondola lift station. It is about 15 minutes’ walk to the town center with all restaurants, bars and other amenities. The complex boasts large SPA facility including heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Steam room, Fitness and Sauna – perfect place to relax after a hard day skiing. Swimming pool and SPA facilities are open all year round, except for November closed for service. There is a stylish restaurant serving breakfast in the morning and delicious lunch and dinner during the day. Massages are also available to book at an additional charge. The complex is fully serviced with friendly English-speaking staff that will go out of their way to help you with anything you need and make your stay pleasant. HOW THE BOOKING WORKS – Important! This listing is for NUMBER of APARTMENTS in the complex, of different type and size, all stylishly decorated and fully serviced. Apartments and beds will be allocated depending on the number of people booked and is based on 2 people per room on double or twin beds. It also includes use of sofa-bed for 2 people. A party of 8 people for example will get 4 rooms - this could be a 3-bedroom apartment or two 1-bedroom apartments. You DO NOT automatically get all 8 rooms specified in the listing here. You will get a room for every two people booked. I can arrange different layout with additional beds and rooms, for an additional price, For example if the group is all singles and require separate beds or rooms. Special requirements and arrangements will need to be made prior to booking to ensure we could cater for these. These facilities are open ALL YEAR round. Free Wi-Fi internet throughout. Free use of Games room with pool table, table football and computer games. Free parking is available in front of the building. Café and a breakfast/family relaxation lounge with large open fireplace, soft seating area and large flat screen TV. Breakfast is provided by the hotel, it is not included in the price and needs to be ordered at the reception desk. Massages and various other procedures are available, they also need to be booked and paid separately. Guest can rent Ski and Snowboard equipment and book Ski Lessons at a discount in the SKI HIRE shop located in the building opposite. Ski and Snowboard equipment can be left in the shop overnight. The hotel offers Airport Transfer services from all airport Sofia, Plovdiv, Thessaloniki, Varna. Advisable to pre-book in advance due to limited availability. Please note that the swimming pool and SPA will be closed from 27th May until 20th June for essential repair works. Please check with me before booking.
