☆ Welcome to our particularly beautiful duplex penthouse apartment, it has spectacular views (180°) of the bay of Altea, is located in a small quiet complex, it includes 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The cozy living room has access to the large terrace with dining area & lounge On the top floor is the second sun terrace with full privacy, sun from morning to evening! The access to the apartment is very accessible (parking in front of the door) ✔ The space ☆The sunny apartment consists of 2 floors each floor has 2 large terraces . On the downstairs terrace, there is a lounge area and dining table (there is also a sun canopy) where we can enjoy waking up with a cup of coffee or enjoy the most beautiful sunset with a glass of wine... coziness and a sense of home are important to us :) The upstairs terrace can be used to relax , and there is complete privacy . There are sunbeds for 4 people, even on less hot days, it is possible to sunbathe there. There is air conditioning on both the upper and lower floor ✔ ☆ TV Vlaanderen is provided, as well as Chromecast ☆ In addition to the 2 bedrooms, which both have a terrace with a phenomenal sea and mountain views, there are also 2 bathrooms ( both have a window for ventilation ) one with sink bath and toilet , the other with sink rain shower and toilet . ✔ ☆ The rental price includes water and electricity (125 kWh per week), which is more than sufficient for normal consumption.
