The Au Pradin cottage, located in the 1000 Étangs plateau area, offers a large wooden terrace with summer kitchen and Kamado barbecue for convivial moments. Petanque court, optional Nordic bath on request, price depending on the number of nights, and many nearby walking trails. The space NEW: AN OUTDOOR NORDIC BATH ON REQUEST... -Option: Price according to the number of nights, filled on arrival, wood provided, to be heated by you for a unique experience under the stars. The cottage is located in a very peaceful locality, surrounded by forested hills and bordered by a creek safe for children. There are no close neighbors, guaranteeing tranquility and no noise, except animals and birds. In the cool season as in the winter , the cottage is carefully designed to offer you a pleasant environment, with optimal insulation that includes triple glazing, geothermal underfloor heating and radiators upstairs. No dormitories. Rooms are designed for two people, except for one mezzanine room for 4 people. GROUP DISTRIBUTION The cottage adapts to the size of your group: the rooms are open depending on the number of guests, at a rate of 2 people per room for optimal comfort. If you wish to occupy a single room, this is possible with a small supplement, on prior request. This allows everyone to enjoy their privacy. The beds are prepared for your comfort, as in the photos, do not bring your sheets! Late check out available until 4pm for €40 on request. The ground floor consists of: An open kitchen equipped with: - a dishwasher (some washing tablets provided); - a Smeg fridge (+ small freezer compartment); - a modern wood-burning stove with oven and also equipped with an induction hob and electric oven. - a coffee machine (Nespresso) capsules not provided; - a kettle, toaster, microwave. - Dish towels provided A bathroom: real walk-in shower and sink, bath towels are not provided. A toilet with sink in a separate room. A composed room - a real professional billiards table for adults; - Board games for the youngest; - a mini fridge. The kitchen opens to a living/dining room that consists of: - a large table (14 people); - a rotating TV; - two sofas with direct access to the deck. Available on request before your arrival: - 2 traditional caquelon fondue appliances with burners . - 2 electric raclette sets. On the first floor all parquet, provide your indoor slippers,thank you:) Bedrooms: The beds will be prepared for your comfort, at no additional cost, no sheets to pack in your suitcases 😉 You just have to arrive and drop off your suitcase :) - a spacious reading corner with: sofa, chess set, small TV and DVD player; - one bedroom with a double bed - one bedroom with a double bed, a crib, with access to the balcony - one bedroom with two single beds with access to the balcony - a large bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine (with 160x200 mattress on the floor) - a balcony with four sun loungers on the south side. - a large bathroom with a shower tub, two sinks and a toilet. On the 2nd floor: - one bedroom with a double bed - one bedroom with two singles. A seasonal surcharge applies for a room booked solo (to be reported before check-in). Unoccupied rooms will remain closed. Outdoors: - a space to park several cars; Electrical outlets not compliant and not suitable for electric cars. - two wooden terraces;tables and chairs. - a semi-sheltered terrace, summer kitchen, electrical outlets, tap, charcoal Kamado barbecue provided 😁(please provide aluminium trays for barbecue not provided, to protect the grill). - Nordic bath for 8 people, optional depending on the length of stay, on request. - a small, safe stream along the land; - a meadow on the edge of the woods; - a petanque court with balls are provided. A zip line for children, helmets mandatory (provided) under the responsibility of parents. No excess, the cottage is not a nightclub. The number of people must not exceed the reservation. Non-smoking cottage. No pets even small. Guest access The house is fully accessible if 14 people . You are the only occupants of the house. Some exteriors remain private (cellars, front terrace). Other things to note Household products, toilet paper ( some rolls),soap, champoing, shower gel, hair dryer are available. Don't forget your bath towels (not included). Wooden flooring on the first and second floor, thank you for taking off your shoes (think of your slippers). For the baby available on request: - a baby bed - a high chair; - a changing table; - a small bathtub. - a chair booster. Before departure, do not forget to clean the fridges, oven, induction hob, stove and grill if used. If not, €50 will be deducted from your security deposit. Thank you.
