Located at the start of the 1000 Étangs plateau, the Au Pradin vacation rental welcomes you, surrounded by forest, with no close neighbors, and in a quiet setting. Outside, enjoy the wood-fired heated Nordic bath with massage jets and LED lighting under the stars, summer kitchen with partially covered terrace, high-end Kamado barbecue and pétanque court. Inside, there is a large, convivial table for sharing raclette and enjoying evenings with family or friends, as well as comfortable rooms and quality bedding. Please request it before your arrival. The cottage is located in a very peaceful place, surrounded by wooded hills and bordered by a stream that is safe for children. There are no close neighbors, guaranteeing tranquility and no noise, except for animals and birds. In the cooler season, such as winter, the vacation rental is carefully designed to offer you a pleasant environment, with optimal insulation that includes triple glazing, geothermal underfloor heating, and radiators on the upper floors. No dormitories. The bedrooms are designed for two people, except for one mezzanine bedroom for 4 people. GROUP DISTRIBUTION The cottage adapts to the size of your group: the rooms are made available according to the number of guests, with 2 people per room for optimal comfort. If you wish to occupy a single room, it is possible with a small surcharge, upon prior request. Everyone can thus enjoy their privacy. The beds are prepared for your comfort, as shown in the pictures. Don't bring your sheets! Late check-out possible until 4 pm for €40 upon request. The ground floor consists of: An equipped open-plan kitchen: - a dishwasher (a few dishwasher tablets are provided); - a Smeg refrigerator (+ small freezer compartment); - a modern wood-burning stove with its oven and also equipped with an induction cooktop and electric oven. - a coffee machine (Nespresso), capsules not provided; - a kettle, toaster, microwave. - Dish cloths provided A shower room: a real walk-in shower and sink. A toilet with a sink in a separate room. A room with - a real professional pool table for adults; - board games for the little ones; - a mini fridge. The kitchen opens onto a living/dining room that consists of: - a large table (14 people); - a rotating TV; - two sofas with direct access to the terrace. Available upon request before your arrival: - 2 traditional fondue sets with caquelon and burners. - 2 electric raclette sets. On the first floor, which is all wood flooring, please bring your indoor slippers, thank you :) Bedrooms: The beds will be prepared for your comfort at no extra cost; no need to bring sheets in your suitcases 😉 All you have to do is arrive and put your bag down :) - a spacious reading area with: sofa, chess set, small TV and DVD player; - one bedroom with a double bed; - one bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, with access to the balcony; - one bedroom with two single beds with access to the balcony; - a large bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine (with a 160 x 200 mattress on the floor) - a south-facing balcony with four lounge chairs. - a large bathroom with a bathtub with shower, two sinks and a toilet. On the 2nd floor: - one bedroom with a double bed; - one bedroom with two single beds. A seasonal surcharge applies for a room booked for a single person (to be indicated before check-in). Unoccupied rooms will remain closed. Exteriors: - a space to park several cars; non-compliant electrical outlets and not suitable for electric cars. - two wooden terraces; tables and chairs. - a semi-sheltered terrace, summer kitchen, electrical outlets, faucet, Kamado charcoal barbecue provided 😁 (please bring aluminum barbecue trays, which are not provided, to protect the grill). - Nordic bath for 8 people optional depending on the length of stay, upon request. - a small, safe stream along the property; - a meadow at the edge of the woods; - a pétanque court with balls provided. A zip line for children, helmets are mandatory (provided) under the responsibility of the parents. No excesses; the cottage is not a nightclub. The number of people must not exceed the number booked. No smoking in the cottage. No pets, even small ones. Guest access Outdoor areas are fully accessible to guests. The number of rooms available is adjusted to the number of people listed at the time of booking, 2 people per room. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in with an ID. Some exteriors remain private (cellars, front terrace). Other things to note Household products, toilet paper (a few rolls), a few dishwasher tablets, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and a hair dryer are provided. Don't forget your bath towels (not provided). Wooden hardwood floors on the first and second floor, please take off your shoes (think about your slippers). For the available baby on request: - a baby bed - a high chair; - a changing table; - a small bathtub. - a chair booster.
