Nestling just off Whiteladies, close to the Suspension Bridge & Clifton Village, The Garden Flat is the perfect setting for work or leisure. With private parking and access to local buses and trains, getting around is easy. The flat is spacious and with everything you could need for a home away from home setting. Ideal for enjoying a weekend break, city retreat, Graduation or University drop offs - the list is endless. The space The flat is spacious, yet cosy with everything you could need for a night away. We live in the main house above and so are on hand if you need to borrow or if we have forgotten any detail..... Guest access Full access to The Garden Flat is via the front driveway, there are steps down to the front door, access or exit via the backdoor is prohibited. No one apart from those booked are allowed to stay - please ask for additional guests. Other things to note Supplies & Essentials This is a self-contained holiday apartment, so guests should plan to purchase their own groceries and household supplies during their stay. To help you settle in, we provide a small starter supply of: * Dishwasher tablets * Washing-up liquid * Toilet rolls These are intended for your arrival only and are not replenished during your stay. As guests arrive at different times and often have varying dietary requirements, we do not provide food, milk, tea, coffee or coffee pods. Bath towels are provided for up to two guests. For longer stays, or if you prefer fresh towels more frequently, there is a washing machine available for your convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
