The space Each unit is air-conditioned, with sound-proof windows and the bedrooms feature private bathrooms (showers), as well as Satellite TV and comfy, brand new double beds with modern bedding. The ground floor, in addition to the kitchen and a modern sitting area, with a large TV set and books and magazines to read, also includes a toilet and a laundry (washer-dryer), with ironing facilities at your disposal. The sofa in the sitting area can eventually accommodate the fifth guest. The property is perfect and best suited for active and culturally curious people of all ages, whether families or couples. Guest access Perfectly located at the Northern City Gate, popularly called Buza, this property is easily approachable from the near-by parking area without any steps to climb. Steps leading to the downtown Dubrovnik area, that is less than a minute walk, can be avoided by a pleasant five minutes walk around the city walls giving entrance to Stradun, either via Ploce or Pile Gate. The City’s closest beach, Banje Beach, located right in front of the Old Harbour, off Ploce Gate, is within a five minute walk, as well as the harbour itself, with boat departures to the Island of Lokrum, its shady paths and rocky beaches, or to Cavtat, a charming seaside resort. All bus stops are about the same distance, leading to newer parts of the town, to the port of Gruz, as well as to Cavtat.
