(second bedroom available only if more than 2 persons). Close to bus stop, supermarket, banks and shops . The apartment has internet wifi, lcd 32 inch tv , central heating boiler. The apartment is ideal from 2 to 4 people! Possibility of garage parking just 50 meters on request. ATTENTION ..... cleaning fee of 40 € are to be settled locally ..... and kindly remember everyone not to smoke inside the apartment and in the stairwell ... its not permited to introduce bycicle and scooters into the flat.
