The space The suite is designed to offer comfort, privacy, and elegance throughout your stay. You will have exclusive use of the entire apartment, which includes: A bright and elegant double bedroom A modern bathroom with shower A fully equipped kitchen The spaces have been carefully renovated to create a welcoming, relaxing, and functional environment. Guest access The Suite is very bright with its 3 balconies overlooking the sea. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped just as if you were at home: 4-burner induction hob, multi-function oven (microwave and oven function), refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, juicer, dishes, cutlery, pots, kitchen linens In the Suite you will also find a washing machine. The terrace has been designed to give you an unforgettable experience: a large corner brick bench to share an aperitif with your sweetheart, two luxurious designer deckchairs to relax in the sun, a solar shower to cool off from time to time ... and yet a table expertly handmade by a local craftsman, the typical hand-decorated majolica of an intense blue that incorporates the colors of the sea. The terrace has a kitchenette with sink and fridge to keep your drinks cool. Other things to note The Suite is not accessible to those with mobility problems. It is located on the second floor without a lift, like most of the historic buildings in the historic center of Syracuse Children under 10 years old are not allowed as the terrace has no protective barriers and it could be very dangerous for children.
