Beautiful spacious house, bright, functional, located in a bucolic village of Haut Doubs. You will enjoy the view of the mountains, the calm, and the location. The booking is open for a minimum of 7 days. The space Very nice view of the Haut-Doubs mountains. The house is classified as a 4-star tourist accommodation and has obtained three épis by the Gites de France label (currently downgraded). The shower room on the ground floor has been renovated and a new kitchen has been installed. It is equipped with a granite countertop and a new Rosières dishwasher with a quiet mode (42 db). A new washing machine with a capacity of 9 kg (the previous washing machine had a smaller capacity) was also installed. Solar-powered blinds have replaced the old blinds. Finally, the exteriors (4 parking spaces, large terrace, courtyard, driveways) were completely redone in the fall of 2023. You will have a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. You can taste regional specialties that cannot be found elsewhere (morel crusts for example and a wide variety of cheeses (Le bon Grivois, Cancouyard, Saint-Point). You can find on site an equestrian center, a fishing pond, and many hiking trails with breathtaking points...
