My house is wonderfully located in central Cambridge, just a 5 minute walk from the world famous Botanical Gardens. A 10 minute walk from the Railway Station and within 10 minutes walk of the Fitzwilliam museum. All the major historical sights of Cambridge are within walking distance. As are a wide selection of Restaurants, Pubs and other amenities. The house it's self is a Modernised, open-plan, light and spacious property. The space The house is located in Coronation Street. It is a light, very spacious and airy property, with a contemporary interior design. It has a good sized kitchen/dining room, a separate utility room and a large living area, with a wood burning stove. Large windows provide lots of natural light. It has wood flooring throughout except for, the utility room which is tiled and carpet in the master bedroom. The place has one big bedroom with one double bed, and one open-plan bedroom with two single beds. Guest access You will have the house entirely to yourselves. Other things to note Situated in the historic city centre of Cambridge, close to the University departments, colleges, Botanical gardens, River Cam, public green spaces, Railway Station, restaurants, pubs/bars, theatre, cinema, supermarkets, swimming pool, market, Fitzwilliam museum and all tourist attractions/facilities. The village of Grantchester is a 45-60 minute walk from the house and well worth a visit. It has some lovely Pubs such as the Blue Ball and The Green Man. There is also the beautiful Orchard Tearooms which is situated in Rupert Brooke's Old house and gardens.A house he shared with other notable poets, before his tragic death in the First World War.
