Cozy house in Aarsdale

The house is located 30 minutes from Rønne Airport. It offers a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and numerous opportunities for hiking, seaside bathing, and cultural experiences, including visits to the Bornholm Art Museum, galleries, ceramic workshops, and glass factories, for which Bornholm is renowned. You will adore my home due to its charming neighborhood in the small fishing village and the beautiful natural light over the Baltic Sea. My accommodation is suitable for everyone. The space The house is 120 square meters in size and was built in 1890. It is located on the east coast in the fishing village of Årsdale, overlooking the sea, 3 km south of Svaneke and 5 km north of Nexø. On the ground floor there is a living room, bathroom with toilet and kitchen. The first floor is open to the staircase leading down to the living room and consists of two gable rooms. In one of the gable rooms, there is a double bed (140x200cm), and in the other, there are two single beds (80x200 and 90x200 cm). There is also a landing with a mattress (120x200cm) and a smaller mattress. Other amenities include a bathroom with a shower, a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, a washing machine in the basement, and three adult bicycles. The house is heated with district heating in combination with a fireplace and electric heating on the upper floor. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house. The house is a traditional fisherman's home and exudes a lot of charm and character and is located in an area with plenty of swimming opportunities. We have owned the house since October 2015 and have added a terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea. The space around the house is not very large, but there are small nooks and garden furniture. Free parking is available on the street. The house's electrical system is not designed for charging electric cars. However, there is a charging station at the Årsdale harbor, across from the small shop "Høkeren," which can be used through app. Guest access Guests has access to the whole house. Other things to note Bornholm is a cycling island! You get the best overview of the island by bike, and we have three bicycles available for your use during your visit.
