Our objective is to create a unique and personalized experience, making our guests feel at home with total comfort, all the while respecting the unique history of this 18th century building. The space It was in 2012 when we first saw the building in Rua de Belmonte, right in the middle of Porto’s historical centre. Despite the general degradation a lot of the original historical elements were preserved. With an amazing central staircase, ornate ceilings and hardwood custom doors, these were the elements we wanted to preserve. We kept and recovered as many elements of this historical Porto building as possible, using portuguese experts and artisans, this way respecting and celebrating the building’s long history.
