Two of the bedrooms have built ins and queen sized beds with orthopaedic mattresses; the master bedroom opens through double french doors onto a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy your coffee while you soak up the morning sun. The third bedroom has a single bed with a new mattress. Well appointed kitchen with microwave and dishwasher; bathtub and separate shower; wireless internet, reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the lounge room and a slow combustion wood heater as well, wood supplied. Double car port and separate rear lane access. A five minutes walk along the Macintyre river into town. Small dogs welcome upon negotiation.
